1 ounce Sevruga Caviar Malossol - Free Shipping


Sevruga Caviar Malossol is a sturgeon caviar characterized by small grains ranging in color from light gray, dark gray to black.  It is well know for having a smooth and buttery texture with a distinct and full flavor. 

You should remove the caviar from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before you plan to serve it.  Remove the lid right before you serve it.  It is best served in the tin over ice or spooned onto a chilled plate.  Serve caviar with a mother of pearl spoon or a plastic spoon in a pinch (never use a metal spoon). 

Serve it with lightly toasted buttered bread or with a blini and creme fraiche.  

Please note that this product must be shipped overnight in order to ensure freshness.
